Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling your child in the sessions provided by Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C (“the Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern the relationship between the Academy and participants in our football sessions. By enrolling your child and participating in our sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from enrolling your child in our sessions.
1. Enrollment and Participation
- Enrollment in the Academy’s sessions is subject to availability and completion of the registration process.
- Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Participants must comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines established by Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C throughout their participation in the sessions.
2. Health and Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their child’s health and fitness are suitable for participation in the sessions.
- Participants must inform Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other relevant information regarding their child’s health and well-being.
- Participants agree to ensure that their child follows all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C and its staff during the sessions.
3. Liability and Release
- Participants acknowledge that football involves inherent risks and that participation in Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C sessions may carry a risk of injury.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants release Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C, its directors, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during the sessions.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to their child’s participation in the sessions.
4. Payment and Refunds
- Participants agree to pay the fees applicable to the sessions selected, as outlined by Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C.
- Payments must be made by the specified due dates. Failure to make payment on time may result in the participant’s exclusion from the sessions.
- Refunds or credits for missed sessions resulting from participant absence or cancellation are at the sole discretion of Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C.
5. Changes and Cancellations
- Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions, schedules, venues, or other aspects of the program at its discretion.
- Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Media Release
- Participants grant Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Participants understand and agree that their child’s image may be used in Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C-related promotional or marketing materials without further consent or compensation.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C sessions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
8. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By enrolling your child in Soccer Elite FA Sport L.L.C sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
